Unreachable on the phone. In personal very unpleasant personal is doing everything to finish as soon as possible and when we ask too many questions we are told to call for more information what does the directions!?
Two words to describe them incompetent and unpleasant they are too lazy to work it would be worth an overhaul of their telephone staff who deliberately do not pick up and hang up on the nose
