I had a very unpleasant person on the phone. While I was simply calling for information because I had received a summons without understanding anything about why and how, I was told several times curtly "Well, the judge will explain it to you". So basically I'm asked to go to a convocation without giving me any explanation.

Telephone switchboard very difficult to reach (guardianship service). Once the receiver is off the hook, no hello, a "call back in 5 minutes" without a polite phrase ... very unpleasant to have to deal with such an unfriendly secretary in a French administration!

Following a very long procedure with the very bad Renault garage in Dourdan !!! (Here it is said: 2 visits for the same problem, about 3000 € of costs, the breakdown is still there ...) I contact the court. I come across a friendly lawyer who explains to me that before being seized, you must contact the justice conciliator for an amicable consultation. The conciliator is visible in September (beginning of business at the beginning of August) and takes note of my remarks. On 09/27 he explained to me that he couldn't do anything ... I call the T.I .: there the secretary: yes that's why! - I call you back after seeing a justice conciliator to continue the proceedings. You have to see this with a justice conciliator ...? But sorry Ms., I just did it ... So what? ... ,, at the end of the conversation, I had desires that would have taken me for free and without waiting, directly to the Assize Court !!! 😈💣💨⚰ but I am naturally calm and patient ... She's on the answering machine ... Called back today, I'm going back with the complete file at the start of the afternoon. Thanks to another lawyer that I had on the phone, and who told me what to do, I come directly with the whole file (sent in October and remained without news) ... 2 nice lawyers ... But out of solidarity towards the first 5 voters, and because I very often had to deal with the secretary ... (The judge is not there, call later! It is her course .... Be patient what!?! (December). ...) I also put 1⭐️. Good day ... And wish me luck! I will face the dragon !!!

Telephone reception without hello "yes" is not a hello, without goodbye either. they are very rude my god what a horror. none zero none

Deplorable telephone reception, no hello and very cold ..... on site on the 2nd floor it is surely the same person who answers the phone, also unpleasant. For a PACS, everything is done in a waiting room but with a person who knows politeness like the security guard.
