I have just received this day July 22, 2015 an anonymous letter from the Court of CAHORS service renunciations to succession signed FD GUERIN acting clerk. The envelope with no postage and even less recommended as it was once = I had to pay 1.91 euro from my pocket for insufficient postage! what a shame.. While my mom just died, the state still claims money for a simple acknowledgment of receipt ...
