The manager is far from friendly. Following bad information from the store staff on the Coup de Pouce aid, I found myself with an invoice to pay when I had been certified that there would be no exceeding of the 50 € uros granted by the state. In front of other clients, he asked me if I didn't want him to give me money. I found his thinking very humiliating. In addition, the repairs of the bike had to be done on July 21, but it was only on July 30 that they were completed despite the deposit of the bike on July 9 anyway !! THEN NO I am not satisfied with the services of this store !!!

Cycling through Brittany, I had the bad luck to break my rear derailleur cable. I was lucky enough to be taken care of "urgently" at Giant Morlaix. Efficient repair, I even think my rear gears shift better now! Thank you very much 🙏🏻

Like everyone else, I go from time to time to this store in Saint-Martin-des-Champs for small purchases of sports equipment and accessories. I appreciate the expert service of the salespeople and the attention they give to their customers. They are good advice.

especially if you have the 50 euros premium from the state for your bike, don't go to them !!!! they are scammers because at the depots they confirm that the cost of repairs is between 50 euros and in the end they charge a surplus and the VAT that they recover at the end of the years !!!! So not even in a dream I would go buy whatever is at one they are thieves and I accept my words !!!
