In spite of good advice in store, the continuation was a disaster ... Order taken by internet with written "sending in 48h", no news for almost 2 weeks, then information that the bike is no longer available, big difficulties for the to join, I am told several times that I will be reminded of what is not happening. I end up having someone take my cancellation and refund request. Currently I sent my RIB exactly 12 days ago to the store team, calling today I am told that they are waiting for the validation of the bank ... To have made the sale I know from experience that sometimes on certain clients all bad luck follows one another so I may be the exception. Until then this story started a month ago and I can't buy a bike anywhere else without this refund.
