Tribunal Judiciaire

This morning had a very disagreeable person at the switchboard who also hangs up on him. Obviously this person does not like his job and despises his neighbor. I did not have the answers I was looking for. Is there no one in charge in this Tribunal to ensure that this type of incident does not happen?

Hello, I am AVS. I accompany an adult person with a disability who needs legal advice. After several attempts to reach the TGI, a very unpleasant lady answered and hung up on us when we could not be asked and polite. This is completely unacceptable and dramatic, all the more so in the current context.

No receptionist, why not state it clearly rather than pretending that a switchboard operator is going to answer? We waste a lot of time hoping that someone picks up, it is disrespectful so really sorry for a court which condemns certain people for not respecting the rules.
