My custody of children was withdrawn from me after 6 years living together with them, several judgments elsewhere, social inquiries in my favor, a summary judgment was passed without my being able to attend, request to reopen the debate refused moreover, I am still awaiting their response. My children are taken away from me. Creditworthy person go your way!

A judge who listens to the ase but when it comes to listening to the other parties he has no one ... in almost 2 years of our children's placement, she will be the 3rd judge who takes care of the case. .

Lazy civil servants with crass incompetence, all that paid for with our taxes .... It is time to clean up ....

Lamentable telephone reception, attempt to communicate (25 minutes = failure) the French administration and to review as a whole, it is urgent.

After a hearing in front of Amel Sakji, JAF, I did not think that the outcome would reach this point: a judgment rendered 3 weeks late (I know that the courts are overloaded with cases, but still. ..), a decision taken hastily and riddled with errors: my 6-year-old daughter is in college according to Mrs. Sakji; I receive 1000 € of salary + 1000 € of unemployment + 84 € of APL while I do not touch than € 1,089 of unemployment (all documents were provided) and I'm at the end of the law. For her, my son from a first marriage does not exist, she does not take into account the pension paid for it (judgment given) she orders me to pay more than what the private school costs (provisional judgment ordered a few months earlier by another JAF knowing that I had opposed it for lack of means, this amount included the costs of the private school, daycare and canteen pending the final judgment for a possible alternate custody) in addition to a pension 100 € food. She only grants me access rights. It should be noted that this right of visit and accommodation is completely opposite to that of his brother, so they will only be seen for one weekend per month even during the holidays. Isn't the duty of a judge to be impartial (taking into account the documents of all parties without any bias?) Does not the duty of loyalty require them to apply the principles of trial and the rights of the defense fairly, in particular by examining the evidence with rigor? An appeal will have to be launched to compensate for this lack of seriousness ... And with all the related costs. We can easily understand how some people end up on the street, or worse, commit the irreparable ... Faced with Mrs. Sakji, I can not advise you too much than having a lawyer! At least she will listen to him without cutting him off, and beware of derogatory reflections ... Hoping that Mrs. Sakji will not one day deal with criminal cases ...
