I don't know what to say anymore

Dear readers of my post be careful, stay away from this store! the reception is very modest, the word questionable, the punctuality and quality of the repairs very average, the prices excessive. To have been able to compare with other repairers, the quality / price ratio is the lowest that I have observed .. to be avoided

I went there for the first time to get info. I went back 15 days ago to show my wife a bike and we bought 2 bikes (which was not planned!). It is true that the salespeople are not "exuberant", mail the reception was cordial and we were well advised. To see different customers in the store who returned with pleasure, I strongly doubt that one could be badly received. November 2020: once again .. on top. Supermarkets work wonderfully. M

Disappointed with my visit. Make an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a chain and gear change on a giant by email with the bike references. DOnner your bike at 11am hoping to pick it up in the evening (request in the appointment email) AND HAVE A CALL 3:30 pm to hear that they don't have the room. Obliged to resume appointment in 15 days (3 days before a bike departure). 😤 I think it was more professional before.

Huge disappointment…! I'll make it short ... - GIANT frame broken after 4 years - Logical support for Giant France -I get my bike back, the manager tells me an invoice of 175 € to put the old parts of the broken frame on the new frame (I'll think I'm at my mechanic ...) -After discussion, the manager ends up on and I site: you should be happy… I will give you a 50% reduction. -According to the manager, it is not his fault but that of Giant ... which is why it is the customer who ends up paying  (logical not) -He still ended up telling me: it's good it's only 75 €. In short, I agree with the many negative opinions cited before me and strongly invite you to buy your Giant bike either in another Giant store or at the competition. I also think that the manager should learn to question himself in the face of the recurrence of all these opinions.
