A deplorable welcome! Covid ok, but that doesn't stop the security people at the entrance from being kind! An execrable attitude and a certain abuse of power!
Very unpleasant and does not provide information. After several phone attempts, I end up having a woman on the phone who doesn't even show up. The latter who is there in principle to inform, does not answer my questions, but in addition is derogatory and haughty. Getting impatient and explaining to me that she doesn't have that to do after only 30 seconds of communication !!! I specify that I wanted to know if my declation was well filled and if I could send it by email (nothing very complicated in short). Telephone calls should be recorded so that the staff are professional and pleasant. After 3 minutes of painful conversion, she gives me a link to fill out my declaration online, for the rest she cannot answer me but I quote "it's not complicated to fill in". She can't tell me either who could tell me about it. In short, when I go to the link she gave me, only legal persons and in no case natural persons can fill out this form online !!!! There is a serious problem because despite the particular period in which we are, a minimum of professionalism and seriousness remains the basis.
