End Station RER A Zone Four

Badly attended station. The trains are often late .... And this ratp station is like the surrounding station area. And, I have the impression that the agents too .... I needed help during the night from Friday to Saturday, I arrived with the last train around 1 am and Saturday early evening. Two different officers gave me wrong information. It is a shame to be so incompetent and uninterested when you are being paid dearly for a more than mediocre quality of service. The station was closing for the first, he must be in a hurry and the second, a little helpless, preferred to lie to get rid of me. Saturday around 9 p.m. .... I wrote a recla on the ratp site but I am not optimistic. The ratp doesn't give a damn about the users and it shows, it feels ... By waiting we got tricked. The ratp company is dishonest and a thief. This is already known but it must be remembered sometimes :))
