Rather quiet place

We are lucky to have a direct RER for Paris to Villeneuve St Georges, but the inhabitants have no civic spirit, which translates into a dirty train station and platforms, at least 90% of fraudsters at the turnstiles, the underground passages smell urine, street vendors and cigarette sellers are visible to all (hello, we see you with your plastic bags on the steps just in front of the town hall). The police station is not far, the town hall just in front, and the RATP / SNCF are at the heart of the concern, and should look a little more into all these problems. In short, a horror.
