A very big thank you to this shop for existing. Already a superb store, very pretty, great products. An incredibly professional and qualitative welcome from the person on site. Lots of people in the store for her alone and yet everything is managed perfectly well, the wait is low because she knows how to juggle customers with a great smile. A word about our visit to the shop: bike rental. We had booked online, once we arrived and after the educational explanation we left with our 4 mountain bikes (including 1 electric). The quality of the equipment and the mountain bikes is incredible: a great fun time with cool trails right next to it. I recommend this shop for amateurs (explanations at the top) as for enthusiasts because the advice and the products are at the rendezvous. We will be back with pleasure and again thank the super advisor on site for her advice and her super dynamism. It really makes the difference and really helped us have a great afternoon! A nice continuation to this shop and its advisers (especially the lady on site on September 6)!

We rented 2 super near-new VAE mountain bikes with Bosch cx performance engines and 85 newtons of torque with 500 battery and telescopic saddle. They climbed trees even uphill! 🤪 the rental company (like the customers we met in the very large store) is passionate about mountain biking. He is super pro and took the time to explain everything to my son and me (including how to change a flat tire just in case). It’s not a 30-60 ’rental. It's nice to see real passionate traders! Thank you. Possible service improvements: rent smartphone / gps supports, rent oetlieb luggage racks / saddlebags, sell forest guides or ign maps, crowdsourced blogging with the best corners of the forest. For example, how to access the most beautiful view of the Apremont gorges by bike without walking too much, how to find the brigants / thieves cave, the elephant rock, the dog, etc. If I ever have to buy a new vae mountain bike, I know where I will go. Even if it's 1h10 from Paris.

Very pleasant welcome, correct price and top service! I had a painting problem on a second-hand bike bought from a private individual, they managed perfectly without having to relaunch them, I who had been generally disappointed with the bike shops, here is one that seems really recommendable! !
