A pleasant and professional team who always try to be of service to the customer. It is true that they are sometimes a little overwhelmed and the waiting time is quite substantial. The prices are also a little high overall, it should also develop a more accessible range of products. However, I recommend this store, for the sympathy of the staff, its professionalism and the quality products they offer (so a bit expensive).

Very good bike shop.

No hello or look despite 10 minutes spent looking at the products, with around 4 salespeople including one with a couple of customers. First and last time; fortunately all the other Culture Vélo frequented are human. In response to yours: absolutely not past Saturday, it was weekdays.

Very bad experience! At first glance, you might think that this store is run by professionals and connoisseurs, that's wrong! I send my partner to buy a bike at the end of May in this store, she comes out with a bike that is absolutely not for her size, I finally get the frame to be changed. 1 month of waiting with the bike at the workshop for them to tell me that the bike is no longer produced by the manufacturer, I suggest that they only change the frame by putting the accessories back on it (mudguards, lighting...). 2 more weeks to wait without a bike. Happy to be able to get it back in mid July, but 5 days later the pedal loose, the crank change is necessary. They make use of the manufacturer's warranty but also it no longer produces the crank. In the meantime we are at the beginning of September and they still have not realized that the manufacturer has not sent anything and the bike has been with them since mid July ... We still do not have the bike currently, it will be 3 months and half that we bought the bike and we enjoyed our property only 3 weeks ... So I am not saying that they are unpleasant, or that they are responsible for the end of series of the manufacturer, but frankly that they are slow !!! I have to go every week to remind them to order the parts from the manufacturer, because there is no follow-up from them: 1 month to realize that the manufacturer will not send the part ... In short 1. Do not know how to sell a bike in the right size, 2. Do not know how to follow up on the sav or keep us informed of deadlines, 3. No commercial gestures, no proposal for a loan of bike and no waiting for a bike for work, no bike for the holidays ... If you don't know anything about cycling, don't go there because they won't overcome your ignorance. If you have a problem with your bike purchased from them good luck!

Very long deadlines for bicycle repair. The workshop is often overwhelmed. Quality of uneven repairs. The manager is very friendly and gives good advice.
