I have a Cube road bike that I bought online. I tried to bring my bike there to do a small adjustment on the gears, but when I tried to schedule it, they said: "we can not help, once you already did some adjustments yourself, so we can not do anything".Really annoying. Of course I was willing to pay. They lost the opportunity to create a relationship with a client mainly because they can only work on bikes that were touched only by them. It makes no sense. Avoid it. Update after reply from the store: No, as I mentioned on my review, I didn't buy my bike on the store, but I expected that this was not a blocker to do a maintenance, if I pay for that. It's reasonable that a Cube bike owner wants to do a maintenances in the official Cube store. But as far as I understood from the phone, and now from their answer, they only work on bikes bought there. So, my advice is the same: Avoid it.

Nice shop with very friendly and professional personnel. For a long time I was looking for a bicycle, and during the first visit I went home on a new bike. Thanks a lot!

I went today for a quick set up of my new Cube. I started saying I bought the bicycle online at Cube official website, the straight answer has been "contact the website, we service only the bikes bought in this shop". Fantastic customer care, the rest of the conversation has just been polite "good bye" as I will never ever put a foot into that shop.

I bought an ATV for my dad from this store 2 months ago. The bike is perfect for riding in the forest and on the road. My father is very happy. We came back today to do an adjustment and have some maintenance advice. The store owner sorted out all the problems and gave us great advice. We are delighted with this purchase and I recommend this store to you.
