Altermove - The Electric Bicycle

I bought a bike from them in November 2019 and can say I appreciated their service and kindness. A year later I called to make an appointment for a review. The first sentence that my interlocutor throws me is that it will cost me 50 euros in a tone anything but friendly. I really feel like a wallet on legs. I prefer to go to my local repairman who may take me more than 50 euros, who is not Gazelle approved but who has a sense of service.

Very competent and super friendly owner behind his outspokenness, and who does everything to help you. I recommend this shop and their workshop, I am delighted to have found a professional near me to ensure the maintenance of my VAE and with whom I feel confident.

To flee. The guy who serves as manager is super unfriendly. He provides a broken manual bicycle pump and when you ask him for help he refuses unless you give him € 2. All this while he re-inflates the tires of one of his clients with an electric pump because her bike comes from home (and of course, no question of lending it!) All this in the midst of a pandemic. We will come back for solidarity. A shame. Prefer Ecox, avenue du Maine, they have better quality bikes and are much more friendly / helpful in the event of a problem, which is essential when you have an electric bike.
