After 2 years1 / 2 repair less follow-up, after 4 years some specific wear parts become unavailable "PROGRAMMED OBSOLESENCE!; A 2000/6000 € BIKE FOR 4 YEARS AFTER NO LONGER BEING ABLE TO USE IT IT IS A GOOD MEMORY AND YOU A PEDESTRIAN, OTHERWISE PURCHASE A NEW BIKE.

Je viens de découvrir cette boutique. Si j'avais su je serai venu plus tôt. Nous avons été très bien renseigné et orienté sur des produits de protection pour DH (VTT de descente). Le vendeur (fort sympathique) pratique cette discipline, sait de quoi il parle. Je vous conseille d'aller faire un petit tour, pour vous faire un avis.

Came on a Saturday in August 2020 because I needed help mounting the fork on my Cannondale slice. A very nice salesman lent me tools and helped me assemble it. Thanks to him ! I also bought a Bryton Rider 15 speedometer, good stuff. HOWEVER, a saleswoman received my mother who was with me very badly and insulted her when she left. I don't think that's the philosophy of this bike shop that looks quite up to the level of discerning customers. But insulting customers is neither acceptable nor recommended for a merchant. Such a waste ! I hope the manager does not tolerate such behavior.
