Ovelo the Merignac Power Bike Shop

Awful Service. My wife and I went in to the shop on Friday afternoon looking to buy three electric bikes. I had already decided the two e-bikes I wanted to buy. My wife was unsure and asked for assistance (I do not speak good French but my wife is fluent). Sadly, the salesman was very unprofessional. Unwilling to provide sensible answers to her questions. We were both very disappointed and left the shop. We have now purchased three electric bikes (over €10,000) in another shop, where the salesperson spent time with my wife, asking questions, listening to her requirements. Will never go back to this Ovelo.

Great welcome, a very friendly team and above all attentive. The products are great, I had the time to ask questions, to test them before deciding. Very happy with my experience, I recommend!

Sale with an advisor: no flexibility, try to sell you a more expensive bike My order was 4700 euros for 2 Kalkoff electric bicycles For this price there was no commercial effort with an advisor who didn't give a damn. I got the same price from a dealer near my home in Versailles, plus professional advice and listening service. And in addition, I will not receive my bike as a kit. I specify that the store gave me the same discount as Ovelo with an extra smile and the explanations allowing me to obtain help from the general council of 1000 euros
