Customer for 4 years, purchase of 2 bikes and maintenance. I bought a second-hand electric racing Orbéa from the seller Gerard (1600 €), reserved at 11 a.m. and at 3 p.m. !!! amazing the preparation. 3 days later I examine my bike on all the seams and I notice that it has many more or less deep scratches. I contacted Patrice (boss), explaining the problem to him, he suggested that I stop by to see. So I go to the store, and he also notices. He suggests that I completely disassemble the bike and send it to a "painter". I've been without my bike for a month and a half. The said Patrice promises that he will call the client back, he has nothing of it. Even more this day Wednesday 10/28/2020 Patrice had to contact me having normally collect the frame from the painter on Tuesday 10/27/2020. I decide once again to contact the store, I come across the said Gerard who on the other hand hangs up on me the first time and tells me a second time: I quote him "you are not going to swell me all day". It is therefore a shame, total absence of after-sales service, insulting customer. Legally I will not stop there.

Owner of a Giant Défy bike, bought in another department and revised in the store of purchase, I was disappointed by the after-sales service. Nothing serious had been done on my pretty bike. A cycling colleague advised me to turn to Cycle Passion de Pamiers. When I received my bike, competent technicians listened to me and advised me. After the repair, a technician called me to explain what had been done on my bike. I could get it back the next day. When picking it up, the bike was brought to me in perfect condition and two technicians commented on the repairs made. Even at Mercedes or Audi I had never seen this. I would like to thank the Cycle Passion team because now I can fully enjoy my bike. I gained in comfort, in speed + 2km / h and no more noise is to be noted! A team of competent professionals who are at the service of the client as you rarely see elsewhere. Congratulations
