Following a disagreement with the MDPH, complaint to the TCI. The doctor said he was not competent to judge the situation. The TCI has turned my request for MDPH headphones to filter noise into headphones. Which is very different. Yet had a copy of a favorable judgment of a TCI for the same helmet, medical certificates and balance sheets attesting to the difficulties. The notification mentions my absence on the header page. I was well presented. The rest of the report mentions that I was present. The TCI says that I am not eligible for PCH while I have a notification still valid for human, transportation and specific help. The notification explains that the filtering helmet is not eligible for reimbursement because it does not appear in the LPPR list of products reimbursable by CPAM. That's what's wrong. The TCI uses social security law to deny a right that falls under the CASF code of social action and families. Complaint part for the CNITAT.
