Gare de Bercy

The staff are very friendly BUT the only thing I did not like is how it can be a agent who help people don’t speak English ???? To whom it may read this review, please make sure the staff master at least two or three languages.

Considering it’s the main bus station in Paris, you’d think they’d have better facilities. No food anywhere near except snacks from a vending machine.

BUSES DO NOT LEAVE FROM THIS STATION. You have to cross the park and find a bus parking lot. The buses used to leave from Gare de Bercy but they got switched to the parking lot ((so only trains leave from this station)). If you’re looking for the BERCY BUS DEPARTURES, google “Flexibus” or “Ouibus/Blabla Bus Bercy” instead, since it’s quite a walk from this station (about 15 minutes with luggage).

This station is difficult to locate from the metropolitan because when following the Bercy signs it brought us to the bus station rather than the train station. Better to trust the google map than the signages. Asking people didn't help because, they were equally lost.

What a travelling bus station ? So so dirty, chaotic, not confortable and without any useful service
