Meaux

Cool.

It's a bit of a mess at the moment when I arrived from Paris as they're doing renovations around the station. There's no lift access here and I didn't see a public convenience inside! I had no interaction with the staffs although they're onsite. There's a bus stop right outside the entrance with about eight bays. There's a taxi rank next to the bus stop and a phone number to call for one if there's no taxi waiting. In the main concourse there's a Monop' convenience store and a tobacconist store. There's also a big open car parking station across the main entrance. It's walkable from here to the center of the city and you can see the city hall and Meaux Cathedral's belfry tower and façades from the station. Departure boards available and this railway station seems to operate twenty four hours.
