Disastrous internet ordering. received an item that does not correspond to the order, item returned. after 4 telephone calls with 4 different interlocutors finally an explanation of the very eccentric internet sales manager for a so-called professional accusing his own supplier of error. still waiting to know if my order will be honored by this store 15 days after having paid 70 € for my purchase without having it. non-existent communication, do not respond to the site's messaging system, do not keep informed at all about the management of an error of their own making and what to do next, but nevertheless take the time to respond to reviews on Google. amazing! little really better to do and especially to ensure a service worthy of the name. very unhappy, I won't leave that there. morality, little consideration for web customers.

A shop as we would like to see more often with pationés who take the time to listen to you, but above all to offer you the right products. You have to accept to wait a bit but it's worth it. The staff are very familiar with the products sold, it changes some chains ... I was going to order rollers with full ceramic bearings on the site, but given the risk of incompatibility I went there and it was preferable . In the end a compliant purchase, valuable advice for ordering another unavailable part. Shop to recommend without limits.
