I visited this shop after finding it on Google Maps. We were cycle touring in Burgundy, and I had suffered 4 punctures in one day due to unsuitable tyres. I popped into the shop fully loaded and was greeted by helpful, smiling staff who tried their level best to communicate with me in my language. I left with 2 new Michelin tyres and 4 tubes for €55. Great service, great price, great local expertise.

Fast and good service even the shop was closed 5-10min. The prices are as usual for such shops. Very kind staff.

Nice and friendly, but not very competent. We went at 9 am to do a postural study and came out at 12:30 pm having found a way to hit a piece in between. The seat post cutout is, after checking, not straight. To summarize, going for basic things ok but for more technical things with very high-end bikes and not from the brand distributed, does not seem wise to me. In addition to your your answer: Ps I actually accidentally took a bottle cage while storing things. You fail to say that on Saturday evening I called you to tell you that I had this bottle cage and that according to the postal follow-up .. you received it today Tuesday 29! . For the rest I think you did not understand where the bike came from .. certainly from abroad but not bought on a website. Finally for the cut .. sorry but it is not right! besides, the bike returns to one of your colleagues this Saturday to rectify the situation. Regarding the spacer .. since you have a priori cameras, you will watch and explain to me how you did to unscrew the handlebars if it was not actually screwed! You will explain to me what we heard as noise when you shake the fork. It does not matter. it happens to miss. I still had to explain how to put the handlebars back on as your colleague Giant dealer had explained to me ... I still said that you were nice and nice !! ;)) I sent you an email asking you to email me the result by PDF in order to have a clean and neat document. I did not receive it a priori.
