Very pleased had my car booked in managed to get seen early very pleased with work carried out and highly professional both workman and admin
Useless. Tried ordering a part for my car and I had to keep chasing them, kept getting told it hasn't arrived and we don't know why. I asked them to find out what's going on as I'm desperate for it and never bothered to even call me back. Discusting as I wanted a main dealer part. The reply is not acceptable I was told the part had been ordered but kept getting let down

Had a service here on my van. Normally I would leave 5 stars as they have been the best for many years. However I asked the new receptionist for my can to be ready by 3pm as I needed it to get home and cover an overnight standby. I asked that no work be done that would not have it ready. I.e. taking parts off then not being able to rebuild it. I left the can with them just after 8am. I had to ring at 3pm and ask if it was ready to be told it has just gone in for the service and it was not going to be ready until gone 5. I asked why only to be told that because I didn't wait there for the van other customers who had waited got priority. Needless to say I had to find another vehicle off my own back to cover my work for the night with no tooling as it was on the van. Poor show in my opinion. As the customer I should not be put behind walk in customers just for leaving the van there and not sitting in the waiting too. For an MOT and service.
