Too many arcade machines at the entrance
Super friendly staff made our bowling and dining experience very easy and enjoyable. It was great value, but it’s the kindness and helpful of the staff that will be the reason we will definitely return. Cleanliness and COVID safety also top notch.
Lots of family fun, we made use of the £5 summer deal - burger&fries and 1 game for £5 each. Food portions were big enough for 2 adults and 2 children and used the ear out scheme for soft drinks.
Social distance measures and cleanliness were good.
Not the cheapest place but the staff do their best to make it work under the current circumstances. Good place to relax, play some bowling, pool or arcade games. Been there twice over the past month and a half and will come back.
Absolutely over the moon with the experience here. Booked 2 games with my family and started off quite bad with a group of drunk people who was eventually kicked out and then a staff member Callum came over to offer my children sweets out of kindness as my daughter was having a slight tantrum. After a game on the ticket machine which ran out of tickets Callum came over and saved the night and day for my kids with them leaving even happier with a few goodies. Undoubtedly the best customer service I've experienced!! Can't wait to come back again 🎳
