I have been going to this salon for years and would highly recommend it to everyone. The staff are friendly, polite and professional and always make sure to have a thorough consultation with you before they start to cut your hair. My hair always looks amazing after a cut and blow dry from here and don't trust anyone else with my hair they are all that good!
My hair is blonde, highlighted and straightened often; I really struggled to get any length to it for years before going to Jackie.
Then after going to Jackie’s, it’s way past my bra strap and so healthy. I will never go to anyone else. I now love my hair so much and get so many compliments.
Jackie is so lovely, even after moving out of the area I still make the drive back as the results are so worth it!
Jackie has been cutting my hair for the last 2 years. She is very professional & very sociable. Her new setup is perfect & I felt very comfortable & 'safe' within the new environment. See you in January !
Cannot fault Jackie for how amazing she is. She knows exactly what you want and makes sure before she starts doing anything. She also knows exactly what will suit you depending on face type, build, and personality. She has a creative flair and will visualise how you will look before she even starts so she knows what will look amazing on you. If you don't want too much off, she won't take too much off. If you want it all off, she will do what you request.
She has a lovely personality and is incredibly friendly, so you always feel welcomed and at home. She also knows about all of the products she recommends so that you know she is not just selling based on popularity - she knows what she is talking about and what will benefit her clients individually.
She always ensures the highest standard of cleanliness and will thoroughly clean the area after every client, so you have no worries when you sit down - especially during the current climate.
On top of that, her prices are fantastic. You are getting the highest quality for the lowest price (bordering on it being a complete steal!).
I cannot praise Jackie any higher. She is well worth the money and my hair looks the best it has done in a long time!
I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my hair and feel amazing now I no longer have horredours roots and the colour being what I consider more 'natural'. I can not fault Jackie, I was greeted warmly to a clean environment and was immediately at ease. Jackie listened to my concerns and made suggestions how we could achieve the result I was hoping for, I felt i could trust her opinion and skill to do what was needed to not just make my hair look nice but to ensure the health of my hair was not compromised. The cut was also lovely and feels so much better. Jackie is truly a hairdresser who cares about the work she does and invests her time in, makes you feel welcome, is professional and obviously knows her stuff and is genuinely concerned that you are happy with the end result.
