Waited while the advisor took a quick smoke break, always a good start. A month later and my simple address change still not processed, call the helpline and turns out the branch never processed it. Where is my monthly service fee going?
Opened my account 3 months ago but still didn't receive my card.Its being really difficult for me to purchase things without card in this pandemic situation.I personally visited the branch in which I opened the account and no one responded positively about this issue.
I have to visit Lloyds Bank every I have something to do with the bank account and I literally DO NOT recommend anybody to open account in this bank. NO BODY PICK THE CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE.

The staff are doing Thier best but being closed on Saturday is not good some people work all week and can only get in there Saturday
