Simple request seemed to floor the *greeter* at the door - I've never liked this system (only this bank does it!!) as I regard it as extremely intrusive as my business is between myself and the teller!! Suffice to say, three other staff appeared from nowhere and all were throwing in their threepenny worth with no sign of a resolution. After a few minutes, I turned round, politely told them to just forget it and left - will say it was regarding a cheque to compensate me for previous poor service I received from them! Nice to know nothing has changed over the years! Still an awful bank, awful staff!

To worst bank ever ! We asked we need 6 months last bank statements they told they can only print 3 last months a the 3 months they will send it in the post ! I don't need them after I needed them now ! For the 3 months last statement we have been waiting for 20 minutes like what the hell?? If you can don't ever bank with them !

I spoke to Ewa in regard to getting my address changed on my statement, she explained what to do, I understand that some process' are very simple to the staff, however that does not mean you lead with attitude and lack of customer service. She pushed me off to do it on my online banking, which is understandable, I managed to get it printed. It wasn't an awful experience, however I believe she needs to work on how she speaks and deals with customers to be more positive and helpful.

been told online to visit The branch to help me with my business account. Unprofessional staff. Didn’t help at all. They couldn’t wait to serve next customer. Very disappointed
