Loved the visit buy poor customer service at Vue Cardiff... didn't know what they were doing. Really unorganised.

Nice place but limited options with food and entertainment except the cinema. Ongoing construction around it doesn't help as nothing else is opened on the street. However, adjoining streets such as St. Mary's street is vibrant.

I liked the place because it is cozy and quiet. The balls are whole! Near the cafe. A good waiter who really deserves a tip. But, we booked until 15:00, so far there were no people.

Extra, very nice service. Good way to relax after long day in the office. You also burn some extra calories during the game but time goes much more quicker than on boring treadmill. It was good FUN. Only one advice to staff: there should spent one minute to explain and show example what sound the laser does when you hit opponent.
