Staff are great, booked my Cotic in for a service which seems to have been done to a good standard. All the staff knew exactly what was going on and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!
I had a problem with the motor on my e bike, but the company I bought the bike from was closed due to covid. I approached LLB and they offered to take over the warranty on my bike for a nominal sum. Even though they were busy and themselves short staffed due to covid, they contacted Bosch and sorted out my bike. They also noticed my gears needed adjusting and replaced an inner cable. I got my bike back and I am delighted with the service received from Leisure Lakes. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.
The sales assistant was amazing and helped me with everything. We always buy from this shop and will be definitely coming back.
Just purchased a new road bike during a difficult time due to covid 19 , I must say the help and support I received from Ali was first class. It took us a few times to get the bike due to supply and demand but Ali was always patient and helpful throughout,. I would recommend this company to anyone, well done and thank you Ali.
Not a bad shop just very much let down by staff! The attitude on the long haired scruffy looking guy today in the shop was disgusting. I went in there to spend money, but the way he was with me was awful. Wont be going back there again. Would rather travel to timbuktu for anything I need in future. Staff review needed I think!
