Went on a Friday during half term and it had a good atmosphere and busy. However, it was fairly busy and it seemed to take a very long time for the two receptionists to check people in which is why I’ve knocked off a star. They sanitised all the balls and the table between groups of people and there were wipes left by the door too. Unfortunately not all members of the public were following guidelines including wearing face coverings. One member of the team did walk around once and ask everyone to wear their face coverings but not all complied.

Visited last weekend for a family game of bowling with food, and a few games in the arcade. Overall impression is good but a bit chaotic - we were initially refused entry as my 5 year old had no face mask (despite plenty of people walking around unmasked feet behind the door, with nobody challenging them or enforcing distancing). Once that was resolved we managed to book a walk-in game, if you are in a hurry I suggest you make a reservation ahead of time. Killing some time (and money!) in the arcades, a good selection of games paying out cash, tickets, or just-for-fun. Contactless change machine made it easy to stay topped up with coins. The actual bowling was OK - the ability to take the bowlers photo alongside their name was a novelty for us, and you can set barriers per player. You can use a QR code on each table and lane to make online food and drink orders, which sounds like a great idea during Covid-19 restrictions but doesn't work as well as it should. One of my drinks orders was paid for but not processed, so that was another thing to resolve. Food arrived - burgers, chips, hot dog - looking uniformly beige and missing a few of the sides we asked for. Overall it was a good day and fun for the kids.

Terrible and uneducated staff. My friend lost his money due to a faulty machine, then tapped the machine to recover his money, which set of an alarm and all of us got kicked out, due to the one friend and faulty machine. Also received a ban for being angry as we could not go bowling which we had paid for, because we were kicked out. edit: i am sorry for my past, i am older now and as a 'local guide' reflect upon this moment with shame

Great bowling alley, great arcade games. The food was decent although it's a little bit expensive. Arcade games were fairly priced at 1 pound per game and makes you stay there longer than usual. The perfect weekend plan with your mates.

This was super fun! We played 3 games and was really fun to play. Their food is halal which is another bonus, was delicious and yummy. Great place to go with family and friends. Located in a nice place with various food options around too. Will defo come again!
