Quite new clean, and very friendly staff, we use it quiet a lot.

We like the swimming pool and soft play, but it's normally very busy.

Rude reception staff, refuse to let you buy swimming tickets at 11am on Saturday even though the website states 11am opening. Told not until 11.10am which only gives me 5 mins to change 2 young children who are desperate to go swimming. Won't be coming back again, I'd rather drive to somewhere better equipped and with polite staff!!
