A big well done to the staff at the Haven! I mentioned during my consultation that I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders due to the nature of my work, this means I need a VERY firm massage. Where other therapists have not quite cut it, I've always received a thorough treatment at The Haven and would highly recommend them.

I am not a fan of knuckle massages I think they should ask if you are happy having knuckles being used instead of fingers and thumbs. Place was lovely but had to wait in the rain to be let in. I think it is over priced. People are lovely there though.
