The two women there were Rude, dismissive, unhelpful and self entitled. They are just bank tellers, but you would think by their demeanor that you was encroaching on their property unlawfully.
Fortunately, I was there for a purpose and didn't take no for an answer.
I assumed that when you employ staff to represent the face of your company they are trained especially in regards to customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. If your sick of working in a bank go elsewhere, you won't be missed.
