Came to speak to an advisor who quotes a 15 minute wait. Ended up waiting for close to an hour before being seen.
When seen the person was friendly and gave good advise. Be prepared for a wait even of the queue is short.
The whole user experience has been terrible, I have been to the branch after 10 years or more, the layout has obviously been changed.
The signage are not very clear, after waiting for 10 minutes in the main area of the reception I was told the cashier service/customer service is on the 3rd floor which is located in the far corner looked more like a fire exit.
They really need to work on UX or clear signage layout. And customer service, not sure how the recruitments works, worse then Nigeria !
Terrible experience. I am an HSBC premiere customer, first time visiting this branch as I am away from home. I was basically told there weren't any relationship managers who could help me - total waste of my time, so I left.
Don’t waste your time! Just a social club for the staff and their friends. The Premier Suite is a word on a glass office door occupied by a member of staff wearing casual clothes with their shopping bags around the desk. The staff don’t have time to help with even the most basic of questions. Have no idea why this branch even exists.
Great branch, it’s a little small compared to other branches but there isn’t much people queuing in the lines. Staff service is good. However I don’t like when they ask me what do I intend to do with my money when I withdraw big amounts of cash
