Sonia was very rude in helping me get a proof of balance. She didn't give me a chance to explain what I needed and immediately said no. When she asked her colleagues they said it was possible and had to help her. She has been working for TSB for over 12years but was too inexperienced to help with a basic proof of balance statement. Poor service!
While I find the customer service on the general TSB hotline quite useless (and sometimes even rude), I must say that the staff in this Bethnal Green branch always helped me very quickly. They are all super friendly and I have been treated excellently. I love it that they call you back in case they couldn't answer your call previously.
My experience at my local branch , which is Tsb bank ,Bethnal Green branch always wonderful, especially senior staff, Shahanara Begum. She is very friendly ,cooperative and supportive . I strongly recommend this branch for daily banking purposes .
Allways been helpful my nan banks here for years they allways help her no problems at all
Number one bad service 2 weeks ago order for 12 months statement still didn’t receive call to the brunch then they said come and collect it i need original one they gave me copy one vary bad staff
