There are plenty of things to love about Amaiz, and not much to dislike. Their app in particular is leagues ahead of the competition in terms of what it allows you to do. If you haven’t given them a try so far, I’d seriously recommend it.

Had a small business account for 4-5 months. Easy to use website. Telephone enquiries always answered promptly and well handled. Did have a discussion regarding overdraft charges - which were my fault but I thought a little harsh - and they were really helpful and quick to resolve. Absolutely no qualms - I wont be switching anytime soon. Overall really good experience in the last three or so years with this bank The online banking is really effective and user friendly and their fraud department is really through

I've had a lot of health issues and personal problems over the years and staff at Amaiz couldn't have been more considerate or helpful in assisting me when my account has occasionally incurred charges because I wasn't able to manage it as well as I should. I've had a great deal of experience with various banks and its no small thing for me to praise one - I actually believe that their staff are asked to consider how they would like to be treated if it was them on the other side of the counter and they behave accordingly. The advise and help that I've received from this bank has been well over and above what they could reasonably have been expected to provide...

I was finding it quite stressful to open my student account, so I rang the UK Amaiz team for help. I was put through to a member of the team (Simon) and he could not have been more helpful and made the process stress free and easy. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from them, and I will definitely be ringing back if I have any problems as they are so nice and easy to talk to. I recommend anyone who has not yet opened their student account, to ring Amaiz and open one with them.
