Non existent customer service! They call themselves a bank but can not change one £20 into 2 ten pound notes! Unbelievable! One young lady more interested into her phone/iPad then customer service! Machine doesn’t automatically print receipts anymore either I am told and there is no way of getting duplicate receipt! Joke of a bank !
Small Barclays branch in the City. Main issue is that there isn't much space in there so expect queues, but staff do their best and are always helpful and polite.
Confusing quing policy. Unclear where to wait. Waited 15 min outside. When fonalt came to the counter Stuff on the counter chating to the friend about the personal matter (15 min) while people are wating behind ( which happening during the lunch brake). Poor customer service
Not very good as I needed info from online webchat. And the lady couldn't tell me. I also had to use the webchat twice as I lost connection
Very happy with my service! The adviser I had was the most loveliest person ever and dealt with my queries efficiently and made me feel very looked after from the minute I walked in to the very end. Was very very pleased, all queries dealt with and left with a smile on my face. Wish there was more customer service assistants that delivered such excellent service like she did. Amazing branch, very professional and the advisers even stand by the door waiting for their clients, ready for when they walk in! Impressed!
