Excellent service
I read the reviews and was apprehensive about visiting this branch. Anyway, I took a risk. What can I say? Amazing service received!
The lady on the counter was patient and helpful. The fellow who dispensed my coins was great. Very helpful, smiled and spoke with me in a completely non-patronising way. The fellow at reception was equally helpful and guided me when I was unsure.
My personal experience of this branch was fantastic. I will visit again when I'm in the area.
PS: I, usually, don't bother writing reviews, but I have this time as I feel that great service needs rewarding as bad service needs reporting.
Rude and uninformed staff unable to give basic advise. They have no idea about the products they offer and are unwilling to search for the information or consult with colleagues. If you just want to simply open an account it's fine but for anything else don't waste your time.
Staff move in slow motion and leave everyone queuing
Staff are rude and customer service here is generally always poor/non-existent.
