I was trying to withdrawal cash ( quit a significant amount) from the ATM in the branch, however, since the cash machine didn’t have enough money, the machine just took my money and not spilt out any cash! You didn’t hear it wrong, I just got robbed by the bank. And I went to ask the staff for help, they only told me nothing they can do, I have to contact my bank issuer. I feel very disappointed and frustrated with the service provided as a existing client! Now I have to raise dispute to get my money back where Santander is doing absolutely nothing! I’m not made of money! If the machine doesn’t have enough cash, you should not take money from people! This is absurd! Be aware! Now I have to start a long way for complaining and dispute!
Bank has closed down but ATM works outside for cash deposits and withdrawals
