Appalling service can't withdraw money without going to Tenerife - during a pandemic?
I called the bank on behalf a friend of mine whom is Spanish and also got an account with them asking can my friend put the money into her account in England at the mean time she will not be drawing her money in England
Being asked to hold for him to check it out two minutes later he hung up on me without giving me an answer
I think this bank should shut his doors in England and only do business in Spain
do not use this bank extortionate fees
Kept me on hold for 5mins, then promised to put me through to an english speaker, hold again for 5mins then same problem and the 1st time. After 3 attempts and more than 20mins on hold I gave up! Avoid!!!
Terrible bank, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs
