I have found the staff to be very helpful and efficient on the occasions I used this branch.
Very helpful staff all round a positive experience.
Delt with Kate whom I wouldn't reccomned to anyone. Very very rude and unprofessional never met a member of staff who answered and shouts at a customer!! Stay away from this branch if you want good customer service. HSBC Park Gate get rid of Kate if you dont want to be shut down like the rest of the branches in Southampton failing that Kate if you see this ask your superiors for training again, you could definatley benifit from customer service training..
Good bank as banks go but the opening hours are a pain. Why not open until 6pm on at least one day of the week?
