They have a big problem with comunication in this bank. I was told over a week ago that Lodger's agreement would be okay to open an account( i urgently need one) at the meeting i was told it's not enough. People talk to each other. Seriously. Noone wants to loose time like that. Awful experience. Not recommended.
Had to wait 2 hours in a queue to get just to pay money in , ridiculous, very slow service .
Terrible service, closed northend branch, no counter staff and only machines!!
I went there up to 3 times just today to sorted out the problem in my account terrible customer service she was soo wired and soo mean this the first time happened with me just worst branch
Staff require more training on there products. Poor staff some of them without any knowledge and education. So probably them relatives or friends who want just to sneak in for job. Hehe
