Was recommended by a friend to apply for a loan and was surprised to see that all loans come with cashback. The application was really quick and easy. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend their services.
Dave is a top bloke. Got my account up and running the same day. Proper local bank you can actually talk to. Nice one.
This is far from a community approach, they charge you for your bank account weekly, charge you for certain transactions and the ATM withdrawal capabilities are somewhat limited. I didn't mind that as I felt you were chipping into the 'community'.
However when trying to communicate to them on a communal level when you require some assistance, they provide you with the same "Computer Says No" approach you'll receive on any other high street bank.
Save your £'s and the trouble, Wessex standard services cost you and their approach is similar to a mainline bank, you're better off with a proper bank (save money) there's no benefits to the relationship with Wessex. It's a one way street, you just pay.
Typical southern staff, false, liars, stuck up, break promises and when they're told the truth, will close an account with immediate effect.
Anybody using this bank needs sectioning.
Unfortunately I only do reviews under my own name and take offence at being accused of false reviews.

I suspect you may receive many more 1 star reviews as you have serious attitude problems
