Really poor service provided by this bank. In fact, I will be transferring my accounts to another bank.
The bank is not open at the moment- and yes they can quote Coronvirus- but the world doesn't stop suddenly due to the pandemic. Surely someone has the intelligence to provide a skeleton staff in the Burnley branch from other branches!
The online service is very poor and it is impossible to speak to someone who resembles a human being. I don't want to talk to a machine that doesn't have a clue about my individual needs.
I really hope someone from management reads this because you really have to do better!!!!!
I have severe pain from chronic inflammation of muscles and joints so standing in cues has become painful for me & a memory issue which is embarrassing at 49yrs old. Santander, is thankfully one of the places I can actually sit while I wait & not feel anxious, again thankyou so much. All the staff are lovely and most of them I recognise regularly, even with the way things are being carried out at the moment their smiles and laughter are plainly clear for all to see how much they enjoy their jobs no matter what the situation.
Never had a problem. Always recieved good welcoming
Had to wait almost 20 min on que just to put sum money in there was a big que none off the staff gave a dam walking around doing nothing.
