Traveled 10 miles to visit the bank at Nelson arrived at 16_10 to find it closes at 16_00 hours. Why does it say open until 16-30 on your website. You are incompetent.
Good standard of service, member of staff compassionate and listened well. Branch modern and clean, easy parking outside for up to an hour. Ridiculous opening times if you are employed however i.e. 9:15am to 4:30pm and closed weekends!
If I can put no star then I will do! Very arrogant staff!! Asked them for help with catch machine. First they just look to each other like they dont know anything and then they did not like even speak with me, just turn head and ignored. Never ever this bank!
Not very good service. Tried changing a jumpstart account into a current account but they kept on saying book an appoitment and wait for a letter. So i did and no letter came waited for 3-4 months and no letter. Went back to them and they said they same thing , waited another 3 months no letter so i decided to close my account as they have rubbish service. I advise to think about joining as service is absoloutley terrible
