Very helpful and friendly staff on the counters and customer support.
Very helpful, friendly and informative. I panicked when I read the reviews but it was a pleasure to come into branch to sort my account out.
Internet says that HSBC is open Saturday till 2pm. I got there and the doors where open but all the cashiers are closed so I could not do the thing I came in to do. There were machines and a lady ask if I could use those but when I explained she said it was not possible to do with machines. It is very misleading to say you are open when you are in fact closed. I spent all my money getting into town just to be turned away. I am glad this is not my bank.
Excellent branch of Hsbc and the staff clearly care about their customer service. Reviewed previous comments and noted these don’t actually relate to Blackburn Branch. Google needs to update correctly.
Unhelpful when phoning up on behalf of of my father with dementia I'm disgusted with them
