Rude staff. Make you feel like a criminal. One less customer!
Came first thing in the morning to open a student account. None of the staff was welcoming, very rude, seemed like they were trying to get rid of me and do it online even though it’s possible to continue with application at branch. Very bad first impression from me, very disappointing and waste of time. One less customer!
I walked in to the teller both where I was the only costumer and two tellers have no costumers,
I wanted to exchange dollars for pounds she refused to give me a quote because I don’t have an account with them.
I had to argue back and forth to give me quote until I told her if I like the quote I will open a bank an account for my wife, which I was actively looking to open one after I exchange the currency because she just moved in and I need to open an account I just had make sure how they treat costumers their.
I am glad I didn’t
This place is great. Mr Richard Smith (Business Specialist ) is such great asset to this organisation. We came all the way from London and Mr Richard Opened our Business Account with various kind of Services from HSBC. I am very impressed, great full n thankful to him.
The team is always really helpful, available anytime and the follow up is excellent
