I went last Saturday to the bowling alley and the staff were outstanding. Really good customer service. Ben and Bella looked after my family really well and Ben made me the nicest cocktail I’ve ever had. It was clear to see that a lot of effort had been put in place to make sure it was clean and I felt very comfortable after worrying so much about being out and about during this pandemic. 5 stars for this place I will definitely be returning with my family, the kids had a great time! Thankyou!
It was good fun , the place is def nicer than it was a few years ago , however it worked out very expensive if you do a couple of games as a family . No family rates or deals . 1 adult 2 kids , £41 for 2 games seems very expensive . And makes you reluctant to return
I visited yesterday with my family the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The level of cleanliness for bowling was excellent, cleaning after people had finished, was great. Would recommend lines for people to stand social distancing when in the queue to book or pay as that area seems particularly busy when we were trying to leave after changing our shoes. Please pass on to the staff members who worked yesterday that they were all absolutely fantastic!
The last time I visited this bowling alley it looked tired and out of date. I am glad I visited a couple of days ago: it's a lively place, looking a lot better than before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again.
