Went to ask about a money transfer, the gentleman on the door was not sure of the answer, and called for a adviser to help me, after a quick chat she assured me that my action would be OK and helped me download the natwest app and explained very clearly how it worked etc, as a old git I found this very helpful. This branch is always helpful and staff always go the extra mile to help.
Very friendly and supportive despite restrictions placed on staff
Having recently returned to work and being self employed I need to pay money into the bank. I checked the website for opening times and noted the bank was open on Saturdays, useful as I work Monday to Friday. Having just turned up I found a sign with revised opening hours and needless to say, not open on a Saturday. Would it be too much to amend the information on the website as that is usually the first port of call for checking information.

Still doesn’t have a Business account adviser in bank full time, with Norwich city centre having a population of just over 130,000 and an area population of just over 230,000, this explains everything you need to know about how Natwest manages its main branch in the city.
The staff at this branch have been incredibly kind and helpful to my grandmother during the pandemic. I can't thank them enough 💖
